Winter doesn't scare us Minnesotans. BUT when we thought it was all wrapped up, then get this huge snow storm, it makes most of us a little crabby.
The video's of a woman walking the streets of Minneapolis, when she's stopped by a reporter from The Weather Channel, who's in town covering this blizzard. The reporter asks her what she's doing out in the storm...
"I'm from North Dakota originally so I'm prepared for anything," the woman said.
"My stupid husband wanted a can of chicken noodle soup."
