With all these TV shows getting reboots the last couple years (Roseanne, Full House, Will & Grace etc..) I keep thinking Friends is the one I REALLY wanna see!
But Jennifer Aniston doesn't really think Friends would work in 2017 and I agree!
It wouldn't be the same.
She was in the debut episode of iHeartRadio's new Thrive podcast and said:
"We were jokingly saying that if Friends was created today, you would have a coffee shop full of people that were just staring into iPhones," she said. "There would be no actual episodes or conversations."
"For me, it's self-preservation not to be on social media. There's enough written about me out there and enough that's not true," she said. "Look, the mystery of who you are as an actor is already sort of taken from you. This is the one place I actually have that is protected and mine, this little sanctuary."
“If I think back before devices, I’m trying to think first, which came first, my bad sleeping habits or a device?” says Aniston.
“I honestly think I used to sleep beautifully and I don’t think I attributed to the fact that these phones came into our lives that have actually started to disrupt our sleep.”
