'Project Runway' Returning To Bravo For Season 17

Exciting news for "Project Runway" fans - the long-running reality competition series will return to its original network, Bravo, for season 17.

Andy Cohen made the announcement on Monday morning at the NBCUniversal Upfront presentations in New York.

The hit show premiered on Bravo in 2004 and ran on the station until it switched to A&E's Lifetime channel in 2009.

A&E decided not to move forward with the series despite negotiating a three-year deal to keep it in 2016 after allegations of sexual harassment and assault came out about The Weinstein Company's co-founder Harvey Weinstein who owned the rights to "Project Runway."

Christian Siriano is arguably the most famous face to come from the show. The designer has dressed the likes of Taylor Swift, Michelle Obama and Sarah Hyland.
