Zachery Ty Bryan, who is best known for playing Tim Allen's oldest son on "Home Improvement" was arrested for allegedly strangling his girlfriend Friday night.
When police arrived at his apartment in Eugene, Oregon, Bryan, 39, was sitting outside and his girlfriend, 27, was at a neighbors apartment.
Bryan reportedly assaulted the victim, impeded her breathing, and also would not allow her to call 911, by taking her phone away, police said.
Zachery was arrested and booked on strangulation, fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a report charges.
