If you are a fan of Papyrus stores, I have some sad news for you. They will be closing their stores nationwide in the next few weeks.
Your favorite greeting card and stationery chain is officially shutting their doors. According to Dominique Schurman who is the CEO of Papyrus, she stated that most of the 254 closings will take place over the next four to six weeks.
She stated "Despite our Herculean efforts to realign our Papyrus and American Greetings stores to fit today’s shopping environment, Schurman Retail Group had to make the difficult decision to close all 254 of our stores in North America."
The Papyrus website just advertised that everything would be 20% off and all sales were final.
